AS I WAS OUT WALKING TODAY...IT IS SUCH A WARM AND
PRETTY DAY HERE AT MY HOME................
I THOUGHT ABOUT GOING FISHING.................
THE FIRST PICTURE I GOT IN A EMAIL AFTER I GOT BACK
IN THE HOUSE....I HAVE NO IDEAL WHO IT IS....IT JUST
WENT WITH MY THOUGHTS..........................
THE NEXT PICTURE IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE
PICTURES...IT'S TAKES ME BACK IN TIME, AS I LOOK AT IT...
MY DAD LOVED TO FISH AND TO THE LAKE OR POND WE
WOULD GO ON A WARM DAY....AND WHEN WE CAUGHT
FISH IT MADE FOR A GOOD MEAL...YUMMIE! MY MOTHER
KNEW HOW TO FRY THEM UP! THAT WAS WHEN THE LAKES
AND PONDS WERE SO CLEAN...OR WE DID NOT KNOW WHAT
WAS IN THE RUN-OFFS IN THE LATE 1940'S AND EARLY 1950'S
BACK THEN THE AIR WAS CLEAN TO BREATH TOO.........
THE LAST PICTURE IS A FISH MY HUSBAND CAUGHT IN 1987
IT HAS A TWIN BUT I DID NOT GET IT IN THE PICTURE....
HE WAS SO EXCITED WHEN HE CAUGHT THESE BEAUTIES
WITHIN 5 MINTUES OF EACH OTHER...HE DECIDED TO KEEP
THEM AND HAVE THEM MOUNTED....SO THESE ARE TOO
VINTAGE FISH....YOU KNOW THEY SAY THAT VINTAGE IS
20 YEARS OR OLDER....I MIGHT GET A POLE AND GO TO MY
POND AND SEE IF THE CATFISH ARE BITTING...................
MAYBE I CAN CATCH ME A BIG FISH..................

Let's find a place on the river and fish 'til we can't keep our eyes open...take a nap on a sand bar with the pole set in such a way that old reel a spinning will be sure to wake us afore the granddaddy of 'em all pulls the pole into the river. We'll have to take a dog or two to keep the snakes off of us. What do you say? When the weather gets warm...wouldn't we have a good time!
